Ham and Pineapple Wraps

Serves 6

• 1 C. sour cream
• 1/4 C. white wine vinegar
• Kosher salt and pepper
• 1 head Napa cabbage, thinly sliced
• 1/2 pineapple, cut into thin strips
• 2 carrots, cut into thin strips
• 12 oz. deli ham, cut into thin strips
• 12 large flour tortillas

In a large bowl, whisk together the sour cream, vinegar, 1/2 t. salt, and ¼ t. pepper. Add the cabbage, pineapple, and carrots, and toss to combine.

Divide the slaw and ham among the tortillas, and roll into wraps.

Total prep time: 30 minutes
