1/4 C. flour
1/4 C. milk
margarine, powdered sugar, lemon juice
Serving for one. Blend egg, milk, and flour in blender. Melt small amount butter in pie plate. Heat in oven. Pour mixture in plate. Bake at 350° for 10 minute. Butter. Sift powdered sugar atop and can sprinkle lemon juice on.
