Cowboy Caviar



1 - 15 oz can of black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 – 15oz can of corn (drained and rinsed)
2 – cans Rotel tomatoes with green chiles (drained)
2 – small cans sliced olives
2 – avocados
1 – C. red onion, diced
2-3 teaspoons of garlic salt
chopped cilantro to taste
splash avocado with lime juice to keep it green



Add all ingredients to a festive bowl and mix well. Serve with tortilla chips!



It's as easy as that!

it IS!!! And oh, so easy!! If you don't count the avocados, the stuff is all something you can keep on hand.
