Puffy Eggs for Breakfast


aka German Pancakes

1 C. flour
1 C. milk
1 t. salt
4 eggs

Blend in a blender.

Place 1/4 C. butter into a 9"x13" baking pan, and melt in a 425 degree oven. When butter is melted, pour egg mixture into pan; bake for about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Cut and serve warm.


this is Sheila's recipe, and has become one of Laurel's favorite breakfasts.

I love this recipe! But I call it German Pancakes, and use 6 eggs. very rich and yummy! :D
