Quick Au Gratin Potatoes

(serves 6-8)

1 package frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
1 can milk
3 T. butter or margarine
salt and pepper

1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Pour potatoes into large buttered casserole.
3. Blend soup and milk.
4. Pour over potatoes.
5. Dot with butter.
6. Bake for 1 hour.
